Mully is a stone mill designed to process grains, both dried fruit and cacao beans. With a frame made of steel, grinding disks, and a stone base, Mully offers excellent final products thanks to a low grinding process. While cacao bins are ground, sugar, cacao butter and any other element you wish can be added in order to obtain the product desired. Mully can also be used to obtain dried fruit pastes (almonds, pistachio nuts, hazelnuts, and many more) to be used in confectionery and Italian-style ice-cream making as well as to make spreadable creams. Its motor-driven tilting system facilitates discharging the product in an easy and safe manner.
